Now don't get me wrong, I love my 8830 WE. However I really love the Curve (especially the camera) and now that Verizon has finally released it and I can upgrade to it for $269 I kinda really want it. I say I can prolly sell my WE for $200+ since its practically new (bought it 5 months ago brand new and has had a Protech body film on it since day 1 + BB Silicone) So it would literally cost me like $50 give or take. Who else is on the same band wagon?

No need for a camera, and the 8330 doesn't have Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is the only reason I would buy a new device at the moment. I really want to switch carriers, so I don't have to wait a year longer than everyone else for the newest BB, but I'm stuck in my contract for another year.

Im in the same boat. I too just purchased an 8830WE the first week of January. So its fairly new. Same thing with the cases as well. I really want the curve but since i just renewed my contract i dont know if ill be able to upgrade again. I might consider selling it on EBay or something like that because i too am missing the camera dearly. Well see. Now US Cellular just has to come out with it.

I purchased my first bb, an 8830WE a couple of months ago. When the curve was released I sold the 8830 and switched to the cruve. The curve is the best phone I have ever owned. If you like the 8830, you will love the curve.

I'm moving from 8830 to 8330, mainly for the increased memory. I'm annoyed with the 8830 and the apps I had to take OFF because I was running out of memory, when my 8800 with similar apps and email accounts has no problem. 8330 with 50% more memory will allow the additional apps I want. Ordered mine today, will have it Monday. Don't need the GSM cuz I have it with 8800, camera is a nice to do but won't get much use. Got mine thru Sprint retentions after Telesales said best they could do was $525 and I said I could get it for $179 at Verizon, so they met that price. I've seen that a couple of posters have said they netted at $129 with max discounts, but they wouldn't go the extra $50 rebate. My account was not up for 2-yr discount yet so I think I pushed them to the max, and I'm not looking back. So now I've got a 3-month old 8830 to peddle.

I think I'm gonna wait a little bit more to see what shake out in the coming week on the 9000. Kevin's blog had some interesting highlights on the 9000. Tons and tons of memory (gigabyte) plus other goodies.
