I'm trying to fix a friend's 8830 WE that has JVM Error 102. I'm just trying to get it to a state where I can back it up. His password is supposed to have 0's in it (zero), but he didn't use the ALT key, so which letter would that be?

0 is zero whether you press Alt or not. It doesn't have a different Alt value.

I agree with Jeff, a 0 key is always dedicated as 0 on any device.
no need for the ALT.
