Don't know how many of you manage accounts for work, but if you do you need to know about something I just discovered- when you order a sim card with your 8830, it is assigned to that phone and can't be moved easily! I was ordering them to have a "spares" and needed one for one of my devices the other day. When I called to add it to the phone they told me it was assigned to XXXX phone and couldnt be removed from that 8830 without disabling that phone for a few minutes by putting a "dummy" esn number into the system for that phone to release the sim card! Luckily I had one that was on a number I had shut down and used that one- but the "spares" I have are pretty useless!
