    I'm new to the bb world and I have a 8830 world edition.

    How do I get my voice mail symbol to appear on my display?


    Also, my bb messenger conversations keep disappearing almost immediately?

    Call your voicemail, see if your notifications are turned off. If they are, turn them on. Should be good.
