    I'm trying to open a word file (.doc) on my 8800, (os 4.2.1.90) and I get "unrecognized document format". I use Internet Service. I thought this supported viewing word documents?

    Sorry, no can do. Wait for Document To Go, by DataViz...

    ps: just copy Word documents to Notepad, and you can read those. Especially for documents you need all the time...
