Please help! I did a soft reset today like I normally and then when it was resetting and restarting it got stuck and has been since then. I came home and reinstalled the OS as stated on another post and nothing. I have had my blackberry around a year and I have never had a problem. I'm having anxiety already with my blackberry stuck in this situation.

It reads Verfying Security Software and searching for Network.

Did you try another battery pull?

yes I did a battery pull more than once now and it is still giving me max 10%

It worked...I have learned a hard lesson to make sure I back my blackberry up more often
