Any idea what is going on?

I have 4.5.0.127 on my Verizon 8830 WE, and haven't had any problems so far. Could this be causing it beta version be causing the problem?

Anyone else experienced this? I'm not in warranty, so I would have to go and buy a new 8830 which I would rather not since I am trying to hold out for the 9630. I guess I could charge it when it's turned off to prevent this...

    Bad charger or USB jack.

If it is the USB jack, see BBrepairshop.com - BlackBerry Repair Services for BlackBerry 8800 & 8830

I had this happen to me with a charger. It turned out to be a bad charger. Replaced it and has been fine. Never had it happen with the USB sync cable. Try a different one and see if it happens.
