I went to log onto my BIS account online so I could set e-mail filters and am not able to. The message I gets reads something like:

Not able to access BIS account online, must be accessed through your phone.

Can someone please guide me on how to do this? I am trying to learn to set up a filter to block some recurring junk e-mail addresses.

you need to first create an account on the bb, in the email section. This account basically would be [email protected]. After that is set up you should then be able to log-in to your Carrier's BIS site.
