on the black berry desktop - when connected - under the sychronize button on the left - click it - click on the configuration tab - click on the configure synch button - > check the outlook settings you want, you should find the address book, memopad, etc...
this is the same type setup as your palm active sync is that helps. Make sure that the active sync is removed.

I Transfered My Info From Zire71 To My New 8830
Everything Went Over To The 8830 (address, Date Book, Memo Pad)

I Then Synced To Outlook & The Only Thing That Went To Outlook Was
The Date Book.
On The Address I Only Got Name & Email Address, No Other Info
Except For A Few Exceptions.
I Got Nothing To Sync On The Memo Pad.

What Am I Doing Wrong?:

I have a Palm Tungsten E, how do I transfer the data to my new Curve 8330? Do I go from device to device? Thanks for the help.

That Solved Part Of The Problem. Thank You. I Was Able To Transfer
Notes Into The Memo Pad.

I Still Have The Problems As Follows:
On The Memo Pad(blackberry) I Get All The Information.
On Outlook Notes/(memo Pad) I Only Get Part Of The Memo.

It Seems As If Outlook Has A Character Limit?

If I Try To Click On The Post It Note On The Far Left I Only
Get A Partial Note?

How Can I Edit A Note In Outlook?

I Found It Myself. When You Open A Note On The Lower Right Corner You Can Drag It & It Opens The Note.

I Have One More Problem.
When I Transferred My Contacts From Palm To Outlook, It Only Transferred The Name & Email Nothing Else To My Desktop?

The Transfer From The Palm To 8830 Transfered Everything.
