I have a client who has a telus 8830 and on a BES with Notes.
This is her third one and the issue is the phone freezes. She can't make a call. Not by punching in the #, speed dial or out of address book. It shows that it is calling but never goes to connecting. It times out. she can't email either but can txt. When this happens if she gets an incoming call syhe can answer it and once that call is disconnected her phone will work again as if it has now been un-frozen and emails will work again.
Rim and carrier tell her to take the battery out. Uh, yes that works be it happens all the time.
