One minute I have texting option and now I don't! I can receive text, but when I try to reply, it doesn't give me the option. I was on the phone with my service provider for 2 hours, reinstalling everything, but still no text option. Wondering if I should just wipe clean again before taking it back to the store. I did notice something on my security option that I never saw before... IT Policy?? this was last updated today? Am I going crazy? was this here before?
