TELUS Mobility in Canada seems to be more and more clueless every day... and for about a year and a half now I've been paying $15/month and getting unlimited data/email/web usage.
How? Simple. Call TELUS Client Care and ask them to remove your data plan. Next, go to TELUS Mobility - slash mytelusmobility.com (assuming you have activated managing your account online) and go to eCare, Add/Change features. Add any one of the available data add-ons (cheapest is Email and Web 15, for $15), and it comes with 3 months of unlimited data use. At the end of the three months, call client care and ask them to remove the feature, immediately following that go back to eCare online and add the data feature again and voila you will have unlimited data for 3 more months.
You can do this over and over and over again... unlimited data, $15/month. Beautiful.
