I'm connecting to my work exchange server via outlook web access. I am receiving emails just fine, but I was wondering if there's a way to sync my Outlook Calendar and Contacts with my BB 8830. We use a Global Address list in our contacts that lists all of the other associates, this is all on the exchange server, not on my hard drive.

You need to set up a BES server to do the OTA with Exchange. You can sync them locally using Desktop Manager but that will not get you a Global Address List, only your local contacts.
