I tried to pull up a web site and I got the following message:

The server returned the following error"Access Denied Insecure SSL Request"

what does it mean and how to I get rid of it?

It could mean the security on that site is configured to block all wireless access. Banks sometimes do that. If your Browser is set to emulate IE, change it to BlackBerry and try again. If the site is your personal financial institution, call them and ask about wireless access.
