    You don't need to buy a software package for that. Alt-R.Shft-Del is the key combination for a soft reset.

    Sometimes in order to free up as much memory as possible and to complete a FULL reboot, you need to use those 3 strokes a second time, just as the BB gets a white screen.

    Well, Quickpull can be scheduled to reboot at a specific time if you really want a TIMED-RESET. I am debating Jeff's suggestion - just doing the keystrokes........
