I am not receiving messages from services like Google (46645), Yahoo (92466) and other mobile services like my bank. I've called VZ, but they have not been too helpful so far.
i have a verizon 8703e and it works for me. Have they re-sent your BB service books yet? That usually helps things. I assume you have SMS as part of your plan?
VZW did everything they could think of to my phone and now I get Yahoo messages, but not Google or from my bank. They wanted to do a hard reset and I balked at that. I am waiting for the new software release this month before I take that step. Still interested in ideas to resolve.
