I just got an 8830 WE on verizon. My keyboard locks automatically when I put it in the holster. To unlock the keyboard I need to press the *A key and the send key. Sometimes when I do this the hourglass appears and then the ring volume control screen pops up and I need to dismiss this before I can go ahead. Most of the time the keyboard just unlocks as it should and the main menu appears. Am I hitting something by mistake or is this some sort of problem with the phone?
