I purchased a BB8830 from eBay and it works wonderful! The only thing is that the device locks every 10 minutes and requires me to input a password. When I go into the security menu the password required field is grayed out and has a little padlock icon next to it. I was told that this device was hooked up to a BES before and that was a restriction put on by the BES administrator. Does anyone know how I can remove this feature? It is just frustrating to have to input a password every time I want to use my phone.
