I have a user who is only receiving the last 3 days worth of emails. Do you know how to increase it?? I upgraded him from a 8700 to an 8800, and he had emails from as far back as 65 days on his 8700 but doesn't with his 8800.

So you want him to get old emails on a new device? Not sure of what you're asking.

Basically, when he syncs email, he's only receiving email from within the last 3 days. Instead, he would like to receive emails from as far back as a month, 2 months, etc. On his 8700, he was able to do this but I can't find where to increase this on his 8800.
