So I have a 8820.. and im having a dilemma.

i have my corporate e-mail AND my personal e-mail linked to it.

i have 3 icons

SMS/MMS

MESSAGES

*****@gmail.com


And.. texts come to SMS... corporte e-mails come to messages.. but my personal e-mails come into both "messages" and the "gmail.com" folder.

is there any way i can get them ENTIRELY seprate???

i already did the options>general> and hitting separate at the bottom...

You should also have a icon for your corporate email address somewhere on your screen. If you can't see it, make sure it isn't hidden--click the menu button (the one with the BB logo on it) and select Show all.

Then you can hide the messages icon so that you can't see it. (highlight it and then click the menu button and select Hide). The messages folder is a "catch all" for all messages but each account should have it's own folder as well.

So I looked to see if there is an icon hidden for my work e-mail.. there doesnt seem to be any.. not sure what to do now?

This is one time I would suggest dooing a reset by hitting alt+shift+del.
