Hi,

I have a question, I dropped my BlackBerry 8830 WE on the ground last night aka concrete ...AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!! while there does not seem to be any cosmetic damage done to the front, I am more concerned with the inner components. It is the first time that I have dropped it by accident, what should I look for to do troubleshooting if one or more things are acting up? Would those things be quite obvious?

I second that. I have dropped past blackberry's a few times and aside from the cosmetic issue the phone worked great. I only replaced them because I couldnt bear to look at the scratches anymore but have given the phones to family members and they are still using them.
