Running OS 4.5.0.33

Data Services: ON
Mobile Network: Sprint PCS
Network Selection Mode: Automatic
Network Mode: Global

I am constantly getting 1x instead of 1XEV. When I try to start provisioning I get the above mentioned error. I'm hessitant to call Sprint because I'm not running their OS.

Any ideas?

Did this start when you upgraded the OS?

Try settting the Network Mode to 1XEV instead of Global, and try provisioning it again.

That is a problem with .33 version. It constantly drops out of data coverage. Upgrade to .51 if you can find it or drop back down to support OS versions if you need it that badly. Reprovisioning won't fix this... trust me.

im getting this error now too. my OS is 4.5.0.97 with my 8330 curve. I also keep getting "unknown error reported" when i plug in my BB to the DM v4.7...i did remove voice dialing..im lost
