    ok for the past two days my boss hasn't received any new email on his blackberry and i need help or im in deep water..
    i have deleted all the old email he doesn't need off his phone, i have re-register the device, i have also deleted the email account off his blackberry and re-entered it again.. i have done everything possible but i cant get his email account to work. also i have deleted all of the cache the cookies history etc.. but no luck.
    But here is the kicker when i add his email on my blackberry storm it works, and when i enter my email on his blackberry it works.
    also i dont know if this help but we work at John Hopkins and we are using their email account which is (.edu) so idk if it helps. my last options is to wipe the phone.

    Have you tried to resend the service books? Go to the following link, log on to your account, and hit the Service Books button on the left. Resend them, and you may be good to go.
