PocketMac Calender times will not sync

Running the new the leopard operating system.

Contacts will sync,

Calender dates will sync, but the times are off?

Time on the mac is the same as the blackberry.

Also, when I go to sync, it looks like it gets stuck on tasks.

Any tips on how I might fix it?
