Hey all...I just updated my Verizon 8830 OS from 4.2 to 4.5.0.77 via PC Blackberry Desktop Manager, and my profiles no longer work. I cannot edit them nor do they alert me at all when I get a phone call or SMS, email, etc...Ive heard of this problem happening, and after a long call with Verizon tech support, they were not able to resolve anything...Does anyone know how I can remedy this??? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
