Has anyone else experienced this? I just did a master reset to my phone and when I got it booted back up, the vibrate profile (which i use all the time) is messed up. My phone vibrates when I receive SMS texts and phone calls but not when receiving emails. I've gone in to edit my Profile settings but I don't see anything different from the other setting for that profile. PLEASE HELP bc I keep missing important emails!!

Try a battery pull! Pull out the battery while the phone is still on, wait 30 secs., put the battery back in and turn the BB back on. This should help!

I've had other units (not Curves) that stopped vibrating after being dropped a few times. Generally it meant it was time for a replacement.

Yep, I tried pulling the battery out and nothing. It's just weird because it vibrates for other functions just not email which is the most important one. I guess I'll just have to get a replacement.

Try holding down the #key for about 3 secs. It will toggle vib on and off.
