Hi,

Has anyone seen their 8800 lose their predictive text capabilities? I've tried looking for the setting to turn this off/on but cant find anything.

any advice appreciated.

Welcome to CB! I have not heard of this happening. One thing you might check is under Options > SMS Text, see if the "Disable auto text" is set to yes. If it is, change that to no and see if that helps the issue.

Predictive text in both email and SMS seems to be gone from my 8810 as of today also!

ok. off/on didn't work, but a battery pull did - now suretype or prective text is working again. Pull the battery out and put back in and start up....worth a try.
