    My Blackberry 8830 prompts me every 5 days or so to reset Password
    It�s driving me nuts. So far, Verizon has been no help. The device was recently converted from a corporate account and now should have no IT policy embedded. Does anybody have any idea what is causing this issue? Or how to fix it? Thanks!

    Sounds to me like the I.T Policy is still 'kicking in'. Once an I.T. Policy is on a device, it will ALWAYS be there...

    Unless you remove it...

    I suspected as much. It is strange that when the device was on corporate server, the rule was to change the PW every 60 days. Now its 5 days? very strange.
