I don't know if this has been mentioned before but you can increase the ringtone volume before you send ringtones to your phone on the website http: //www.myxertones.com/home/ take the space out because i can't post links yet,. If you go to customize (right next to the send to my phone button) before you send the rintone to your phone you can edit the volume level. Seems to work pretty good for me
