I am a novice BB user and have benefitted from this site.
For months my BB was receiving less mail than my Outlook and it was driving me nuts. I used this site, searched online and grilled my carrier and IT outfit constantly with out success. It seems as though many others have had similiar problems so I thought I would post a solution that worked for me today.
On my handheld I went to mobile email accounts and logged in, then clicked on email accounts and validated my list of accounts. Hey presto, months of frustration cured inside 5 minutes.
Simple, but not obvious to newbies like me.
I hope that this may help others who have gone round and round in circles.
