I have lost all my calendar appts on outlook but they are still on my BB 8820. Is there a way to transfer them back into Outlook without having to manually do it? I went into the advance settings and i have the arrow <--> Outlook. Is that correct? Thank you in advance.

You should be able to transfer them from BB to Outlook through the BB Desktop Manager.
