Both my friend and and I purchased an 8830. When a picture was sent to both of us as a .bmp attachment, he was able to open it while I did not get a propmpt to open the attachment. Neither are using a server and these messages were sent to each of us thru our personal email addresses. I've tried to hard reset and checked everything out w verizion. Any suggestions?
