    I've noticed over the past 4-5 days that I haven't received any emails on my blackberry. Should I be contacting my service provider, or is there a setting that may have accidentally been changed?

    kinda in the wrong device forum, but this applies to all blackberries.

    The first thing you can do is go to options>advanced options>host routing table>click the bb menu button> choose the register now option

    Then you can try a battery pull (while your phone is on take out the battery for about 60 seconds)

    you can also try going into your carrier (Rogers) email set up and send service books, which is ultimately the most important thing. Also make sure your device PIN is registered correctly, all can be found in the BIS email set up, either on your phone or using your computer.
