whats new in this compared to "8800-v4.5.0.182_P2.7.0.106"?

Never owning an 8800 all I can offer is to expect nothing new. The file free should be improved, the newer platform could be a better signal, but that's usually a crap shoot. I usually try every OS that's released for my device, and stick with what works best.
