Well my 8830 is gone, dead I did the OS update fine no problem so I thought (posted too early). now the thing is blinking the red light is going on & off I got the thing used so I know that I will have to foot the bill. its showing no software no OS. HELP anyone good thing that I did not throw out my 700p

Well you did do a backup before right? Plug it in to desktop manager and do a

restore from your backup. Try a battery pull, and do a search here on what

else to try.

okay I took out the batt waited 15 mins then the # 507 came on ran the desktop again.... then BAM the set up wiz came up now finally after going crazy all night long, the phone is running like nothing happened. next time i'll take it nice and slow lol
