    Hey Guys,

Just bought my first BB! I got it on eBay. I'm looking around and noticed that a lot of apps and such are installed (and email) of the other persons that I purchased from.

How can I delete all of these? I found the wipe device in settings. But I just had the phone activated. Will I have to go reactivate my phone if I do that?

Just use the wipe device, you will have to reactivate, but that's pretty easy to do, considering you know you'll have a fresh load of the OS.

You'll have to re-add your email to the device.

I wiped my device and started over. I signed into my BB (and set up if you willl) with my Gmail.

I'm trying to reply to an email from my phone and I get a. "No Message Service Configured. You will Only Be Able to Save Draft."

Any ideas? If it helps- I'm running OS 4.2

    Just updated to 4.5

Deleted old email & re-made it. It's working fine now.

I also sent my service books. Which probably helped.

Sorry to be a pain guys!
