I R&R'd my LCD all by myself.

Thanks, I have been researching since posting and see that it is something I can do. I need to get it and make sure what is actually broken: is it just un-soldered or is the black plastic part broken.

Found the part from 4.95 to 37.95, but nobody for new had it at the lower value.
