When someone sends me a long email and I try to retreive "more" I get the error "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"

Can anybody help or point me in the right direction. Thanks so much

Reregister the handheld. Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table/Menu/Register. Then if necessary delete the email account in BIS and re-add it. If it's on BES take it up with the IT department. Also, make sure it's set to "auto more" for retrieve. I ran into this before, but I forget how I fixed it.
