My navigation systems tends to be unable to find a satellite. Is there a setting or configuration that I need to do to make it pick it up better or does it just suck in general?

Also, another question, how do I shut down all my applications at the end of the day. My BB would lag and the store told me to close all the applications and such each night, but never showed me how. Please give some advice to fellow crackberry.

Sometimes my 8820 can't see GPS satellites inside the house. Just wondering if you tried outside?

it works the best when it is in my house.. so I tend to set up the system before i leave. It's annoying when im on the road and I need to find directions in a hurry and i cant get a satellite

Oh, that's odd. I would think outside - or in a vehicle - would be better...Maybe something is wrong with that handset. ?

You need to latch onto THREE satellites to get coordinates, and four to add altitude.

It makes no sense to me why it would be installed if it was not allowed by ATT/Cingular but thats what I keep reading that its not compatable?
