    Hello. I am new to this site and forum, so forgive me if this has already been posted. We recently setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server for Novell GroupWise, and noticed that whenever someone would call from an internal phone, the display is not consistent. We feel that it should display the callers name. In some cases, it will display a different person's name. Other cases will not display a person's name at all, but rather the name of our college. We did not experience this issue when we were running Exchange. Our phone system is Cisco Callmanager 6.01, GroupWise is version 7, and the Blackberry Manager is 4.1.4. Any information will be extremely helpful. I did not see a forum dedicated to enterprise servers, but we are using 8820's, as well as the Curve.

    Contact you company IT support at AT&T, they should be able to help or return the phone.

    Unfortunately, this is happening on all of the phone we have...which is 13. I will contact them to see what they have to say.
