My e-mails are no longer coming to my phone. I did a soft reset, hard reset, registered with host routing table, sent service books, and deleted all the messages off of my device. Nothing has helped.
Depends on whether you're on BES or BIS... if it's BES check with your admin and see if anyone else is having the same issue. We end up rebooting our BES server from time to time (Windows, ya gotta love it) or have found the admin PO gets full and has to be cleared and then everything starts flowing again.
Check to make sure the accounts are still validated in BIS. If you recently changed passwords or they became unvalidated for whatever reason, email will not work unless you revalidate them.
