I have laptop without bluetooth. I would like to use the BB as a modem to access the internet

I had to get the modem package and its cheaper than the simply everything package from sprint.

There is a program called TetherBerry that will use your regular dataplan as if you were using the Blackberry browser so you carrier does not see the tethering. TetherBerry works well but is $69 (wow).

I also had to remove the IT Policy on my phone that had been put there by my carrier (use CrackUtil from my sig for this but backup up first).
