    Help -I am going nuts.

    Last week my new 8820 was up and running, enterprise server was activated and all was well for a few days. the next thing I knew I could not find the send button in any menu after composing a new e-mail. Nor could I manage to successfully reply to or forward any e-mail.

    I wiped the device and reactivated the enterprise server, everythng worked fine. I then sync'd the device and the send optin dissapeared again....

    Has anyone else seen this?

    The error message I get in the undelivered mails reads "Transaction Error - Bad Fomat"

    Any clues on what I have done wrong or how to fix it?

    Try a battery pull for at least 30 seconds.

    If the battery pull doesn't work then try resending your service books. That usually does the trick.
