i just bought a memory card (512mb). when i insert it it tells me the following
""A MEDIA CARD HAS BEEN INSERTED THAT CONTAINS ERRORS. PLEASE USE A DISK ERROR CHECKING UTILITY ON A COMPUTER""
anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?
Try this:
Connect the BlackBerry to the computer. Once it shows up as a drive letter in Windows (XP) right click on the drive and selected Properties. Select the Tools tab, then click on the Check Now button under the Error Checking section. Then select "Automatically fix file system errors" and click Start.
(This is assuming windows XP)
While connected to the computer, you should right click "My Computer" and select "Manage".
From "Computer Management", under the "Storage" section, select "Disk Managment". You should see all the drive letters of the disks/drives in your PC (including the memory card in the BB).
