I had one picture loaded and now it's gone. The screen is black and it looks like a scroll bar on the righ side. Where did it go?

Did you load it to the microSD or the BB memory itself?

Try pulling the battery out first while the BB is still on, wait 20sec then place the battery back in.

If the battery pull works, then great! But if not, please let us know if you are using a microSD or not....thank you!

Yeah you didn't give us much detail about what exactly you are talking about here. You loaded a photo to your media card and its not there? You loaded a photo to your phone and its not there? You loaded a photo to your media card and tried to set it as wallpaper? Where did you load the picture to and what were you trying to do? Are you talking about seeing a black screen on your homescreen? Where on the phone are you seeing the black screen?

Things got worse as the day got older. Lost several addresses and the keyboard was locking randomly. The photo disappeared from the card. Stopped at the Alltel store and walked out with a new phone. The first one only lasted five days. Now I'm not receiving emails.
