I have read posts about lost call logs and low memory. My memory was fine (over 10 meg) but lost my call log. Have a minimal install on the BB so cannot be a program. Any other ideas Very frustrating.

What exactly is your "file free" now?

You may need to/want to do the memory optimization steps posted throughout crackberry.com.

Also - are you doing battery pulls from time to time to free up memory?

Now that you mention it I lost the data immediately after a battery pull. Machine was hour glassing me so pulled the battery

If you have a lot of ringtones or pics you might want to in vest in a memory card. Just to be on the safe side you can store all you things there.
