    Hello all, 1st post. I have researched the forum and i cant find my answer so i figured I would ask. I converted a tv show from divx to mp4 using the free converter and it played fine yesterday. now today it says now loading in the corner and will not play. I tried a diffrent video and the same results. does anyone know what coudl be wrong or how to fix it? Thanks

    Try pulling the battery out of the phone while its on ... wait 20 sec. then put it back in and try playing the video again.
