not sure if any of you notice, but i have problems with the following programs:

1. Nav4All - whenever the blackberry trying to download new stuff, it says NO GPRS, and stop loading. Used to work flawlessly in my old OS (HK CSL 1010 firmware with Chinese).

2. Berry411 - It doesnt search anymore

I don't have Nav4all, but berry411(the lastest version) works fine on my tmo 8800, did you have the APN set up correctly, WAP.VOICESTREAM.COM

just got my 8800 and i'm about to do this. i've upgraded before on my 8700 though, so I've got no worries. the guys at CB wouldn't screw us over. how do you guys like the OS?

okay. i'm assuming that Desktop Software 4.3 won't let me install this OS, so I'm currently downloading 4.2 with SP2.

okay... so this isn't working for me at all. i remember when i updated my OS before on the 8700 it'd do it automatically after i plugged in my BB. What's going on? After it tries retrieving my device configuration, it tells me the desktop software doesn't have device software for the device i have connected. wtf?

edit:
the king of forgetting steps. the vendor.xml file was still there. silly me.
