    My 8830we reboots itself when trying to format sd card.When hooked up to my pc it dosen't see the card .The sprint store replaced one phone for this problem.So tell me am I looking at getting anothe new phone?Just curious,when the replace is it a NEW phone or a refurbished unit?

    What size is the SD card? I forget, but there is a max size it will work with... Maybe 8 gig?

    Had an 8 gig first and they said the phone wouldn't support it so I bought thier 4 gig.No difference.
