I have the BB 8830 thru verizon and can not for the life of me get the junk mail to stop being delivered on my BB. I have the correct folders checked in the desktop mgr. I have tweaked the junk mail settings in Outlook every which way...,ow they are set to delete when they arriv but they still hit my BB..forcing me to delete them manually. (I know I am lazy)We have the server installed and IT has reached their wits end as well. Help me world.!!
If junk mail (spam) is filtered at the client end (i.e. your PC in Outlook) it will always get to your BB. You need to filter spam at the mail server level.
